DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES 
  • The Product Testing Coordinator manages the software approval process for software intended for release on Nintendo’s systems. They also provide support to the leadership team in accomplishing departmental goals and objectives
  • Interface with internal and external partners regarding the current status of testing progress
  • Provide consistent pass/fail judgments of testing results in alignment with other region’s testing teams
  • Review tester-identified bugs and written descriptions of testing results
  • Coordinate testing schedule to meet departmental and business requirements
  • Proactively provide continuous improvement ideas
  • Provide guidance to team members to ensure adherence with testing and documentation processes
  • Provide mentoring and training for team members
  • Facilitate and/or participate in communications and meetings to ensure consistent results in all markets
  • Collect and analyze data to support the development of proposals and project specifications
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as needed. This may include adjusting shift, days of the week, occasional holidays and mandatory additional work time.
  • Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Extensive understanding of testing workflows
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word and browser-based software)
  • HTML preferred
  • Excellent time management; ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to organize thoughts and share a clear and concise perspective
  • Thorough knowledge of Nintendo products
  • Ability to coordinate groups of testers in the completion of test plans
  • Clear knowledge of game software development cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate new concepts, technologies, and products
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to organize thoughts and share a clear and concise perspective
  • Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
